Dr. Marianthi Papaioannou earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Athens, Greece. She continued her education at the University of Pennsylvania, where she completed her specialty training in Periodontics and Periodontal Prosthesis and earned a Master of Science in Oral Biology.

Dr. Papaioannou specializes in dental implants, periodontal surgery, soft tissue regeneration, and comprehensive oral rehabilitation. She is passionate about combining advanced technology, surgical precision, and esthetics to restore her patients’ oral health, function, and confidence. She has presented her clinical work at national and international dental conferences and has received several distinctions, including the Sarmiento Award for Clinical Excellence in Periodontics and the Weisgold-Amsterdam Scholarship. She is a member of the American Academy of Periodontology and the Academy of Osseointegration.
