Refer A Friend

Step #1

If you are a current patient and would like to refer a friend or a family member for our $1 X-Rays & Consultation Offer, start by typing your name in the box located below. Click the “Display Coupon’ button.

Step #2

Click the ‘Print Friendly’ button and print the offer. Fill in the “To and From” lines and give the printed card to a friend or family member. Tell them to bring the printed card with them to their first appointment.

Step #3

When your friend or family member arrives for their first appointment and hands us the printed card with your name on it, they will be given a consulatation and any needed X-Rays, and you will receive a thank you card and gift sent in the mail!

Offer expires 40 days from printing.
