As a dental hygienist, Mariela is committed to providing gentle, compassionate dental care. After realizing her enjoyment in helping patients overcome dental anxiety and strive to make every visit comfortable and stress-free, she decided to pursue her career in becoming a dental hygienist. She graduated from Prairie State College in 2023 and started practicing soon after. She joined our Family Dental Care team in early 2026. She believes that nothing is more rewarding than helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles and feel great about their oral health.

Outside of work, Mariela loves to spend time with her family and friends and also enjoys traveling, camping and reading.
