Dr. Nick Fornatto

Dr. Nick Fornatto grew up in Elmhurst, Illinois before going to study Biology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He fell in love with dentistry on his first of four trips doing dental missionary work in Jamaica. He obtained his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine in 2025. Dr. Fornatto excels as a dental practitioner at ensuring the comfortability of his patients and providing them with the highest quality of care. Dr. Fornatto is excited to be a lifelong learner of dentistry and is always working to advance his skillset through continuing education.

Dr. Fornatto now lives in Chicago with his fiancé who is a veterinarian, and their two orange cats – Kirkland and Soup. In his free time he enjoys cooking new recipes he finds online, going out and trying new restaurants, and watching football.
